Robert Kirkbride

Robert Kirkbride is a designer, author, and Professor of Architecture and Product Design at Parsons School of Design, who explores the interplay of memory, ornament and placemaking. In addition to designing the Morbid Anatomy Museum and multiple generations of Culobocca, Robert authored and designed Architecture and Memory, an award-winning multimedia online book about two Renaissance memory chambers, and he contributed an award-winning introduction to Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital. His story, The Reading Chamber, has been re-published by Asymptote journal, with multiple translations.
